So I’ve spent the past few days preparing myself for the fact Veronika needs an MRI, its not fun having our precious Veronika anaesthetised(or any child for that case)….and the other side I have been preparing my mind for what may or may not show on the MRI. There is quite a bit of concern from allied health therapists and a specialist Veronika sees that she may of had a stroke/s when she had her seizures….this thought scares me as she had a massive bilateral stroke inutero, so does this make her an increased risk for further strokes etc

Her MRI was scheduled for tomorrow, however the hospital called this morning to cancel/postpone Veronikas MRI. The Paed anaesthetist happy to anaesthetise Veronika is away sick, and the other Paed anaesthetist isn’t confident to work on Veronika with all her funky complex things going on…ahhh the joys of complex medical diagnosis…..but yes I’m happy to wait a fortnight when it’s been rescheduled for, to have the best and most confident Paed anaesthetist work on my Princess ♥
