My girl could only just stand up in the walking frame when she started her hip reconstruction rehab 2 weeks ago….2 weeks of intense rehab done at Monash children’s hospital during the school holidays and Veronika walked around her school this morning.

Almost 6 months ago her femur was cut through and the head of her femur re angled into her hip, her hip had bone cut out and was reshaped and her pelvis was tilted to hopefully help contain the head of her femur in her hip socket…..I am so proud of how far she has come, following a massive surgery and the complications that followed.
