This morning we were asked if some medical students could do an exam with Veronika as the patient, the Paed
doctor asked if we had done this before which of course we have and of course we said that would be fine. Afterwards I asked Veronika if she wanted to go downstairs again and see the fish or the meerkats, she signed ‘fish’ so we went there 1st and then off to the meerkats. Veronika showed me how she was a meerkat by putting her hand up like they do. The back to the ward for a rest….an hour out of bed is so exhausting(but fun) for our Miss Veronika
