Another busy day for us today….I had a radio interview for St Giles Walk with me at 7:35 this morning, then dropped Veronika’s brothers to their schools. Veronika and I then went for a 2.5km walk along the Lindisfarne esplanade, and then we’re at St Giles hydrotherapy pool at 9:30 for her hydro session…..Veronika loves the water and did her best ever kicking her left leg today, just look how high she’s got it out of the water!

Amazing, she couldn’t do that before her hip surgery ❤🌟
